These routes all begin and end at Bicycle Vibe at 2605 W. Carefree Highway. There's a reason for each route. They radiate from the starting location to provide routes covering the compass.
Looking northeast, the highest point around is at the turn-off to Bartlett Lake. "Just Shy of the Towers" features big views of the Valley.
Going in a more easterly direction, "Top of Nine-Mile Hill" has more climbing than any of the other routes. Passing through the community of Troon on 115th Street should get your heart pumping.
A favorite destination deserves two routes. Thus the General Store at Pima and Pinnacle Peak Roads, to the southeast of Bicycle Vibe is featured in both "A Trip to the General Store" and "Stagecoach to the General Store". The former is one of the flattest routes in the collection and the latter has one of the steepest climbs.
The "Anthem-Cave Buttes Loop" starts out to the north but the bulk of the ride is to the south of Bicycle Vibe.

To the southwest, the "63 Ave. Bridge Song" should have you feeling groovy. This bridge opened in May 2011 and provides a great connection between the Thunderbird Park area and the paved canal and wash trails just south of the Loop 101 freeway.
A litte but more westerly route, the "West Valley Wander" features a bicycle-friendly portion of Lake Pleasant Parkway. The ability for cyclists to pass through Thunderbird Park from 67th Avenue, may be a surprise for some riders. Cars can't do it, but bicycles can!
Finally, to the north and west, "New River Loop" features the 10-mile run from I-17 at New River down to Carefree Highway.
